The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should reject the draft law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re refinement the procedure of state procurement”

The bill (Reg. No. 2680) suggests change the procedure of procuring goods, works and services at the cost of state funds by amending the laws “On State Procurement” and “On the Peculiarities of State Procurement in Certain Spheres of Economic Activity”.

Attention was attached to the conclusion of the Central Scientific experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.

A number of remarks in regard to the bill were made during discussion.
